OUR MACHINERY
At present Kit pacK is equipped with:
8 vertical and 1 horizontal processing lines.
In particular, the 8 vertical lines can offer up to 8 different counting units with different diameters or inner belts for screws (vertically moving), for washers (conical), for fasteners (adjustable). The counters have automatic weight checks with precision scales (up to 0.01g) located after the usual photocell barrier for each individual product.
All lines are equipped with printers for customization (logos, alphanumeric codes, bar codes, QR codes) and end weight checks.
The horizontal line can pack much longer packages, up to over 3 meters. .
